As of noon today, I am joining the ranks of Dr. Hargittais.
Pictured above are the committee of examiners, from left to right: Ron Rice (outside advisor, Rutgers Comm) kindly holding my dissertation for proof, Paul DiMaggio (chair of my committee, Princeton Sociology), Miguel Angel Centeno (committee member, Princeton Sociology), Dr. Hargittai  , Ruby Lee (external examiner, Princeton Electrical Engineering), Stan Katz (external examiner, Princeton Woodrow Wilson School). Not present was Paul Starr, another one of my committee members who had to be out of town today.
